If you need the hat menu to be less laggy I'd have a few suggestions.

Later on this week I might do a new one and I am redoing the Chainsaw.

Instead of all the hats in the store at once every restart it will pick 12 different hats. (Not sure if it could make sure it wasn’t a hat from last restart)

Some hats would just be removed from the store and be very rare items. You can still win them from Mortal Kombat. 

The event hats would only appear on that month. 

When you win any mortal kombat.
