Armor now can stop arrests from happening with one swing.

The attack genome effects how much armor the cop damages you for.

If you hit zero armor, have zero armor, or have less than that.

I'll add notifications later but figured I'd changelog it now.

I can see this as a smart method to convince players to buy Armor and for cops to have Attack, but I highly doubt either will be popularly used.

I jusst don't think this will overall change gameplay.
