I think this would work better as a passive event rather than permanent jobs IMHO.

For as much as I like gang warfare, I think it should just be a separate gamemode entirely (second Div server anyone?), not tacked into the DarkRP gamemode somehow as I doubt such a new system will prosper well.

Highly doubt a second server will do us any good at the moment. There's times when there's zero staff on the only one we have up right now. 


As for the gang suggestion, I think it's cool, turf stuff sounds cool y'know.
