Alcohol
  • Players lose control of their movement.

  • Increases fist damage by 40%.

  • Vodka - Increases effects and minimum effect time by 40 seconds.

Aspirin (STD Meds)
  • Cures STDs
Cigarette
  • Makes you cool.
  • Reduces recoil on weapons. (Recoil/4)
  • Increases accuracy on weapons. (Cone/2)

Coffee
  • Increases run speed by 22%
Effect Time: 60 seconds

Cocaine
  • Player run speed (68.5%) and walk speed (175%) are increased.
  • Hazy visual effect.

  • Increased Jump Power by 50%.
  • Orange visual effect.
  • Damage increase by 20%.
  • Gives 100 health (Decays over 60 seconds.)

  • 40% Damage Reduction
  • Invulnerable to fall damage
  • Invulnerable to knockback
  • Flashing red visual effect.

LSD
  • Vivid colors
  • Changes physgun and player colors rapidly.
  • Decreases keypad cracking and lockpick time by four seconds.
  • Reduces knockout time by 10 seconds.

Mushroom
  • Vivid colors
  • Increases jump power by 150%.
  • Reduces fall damage
